Simple solution to keeping things from coming out of the strut channel. Work as advertised.

These things can take a beating without letting go! They were easy to install and dont interfere with flush mounting against a flat surface. I have no doubts that these things will continue to hold up to the occasional bash from a trolley.

This 2-pack of trolley roller limit positioning stops are made for 1-5/8" wide strut channels. The stop works and tightens down in the strut channel just fine, but I wish the rubber stopper was a little larger so it would catch their 2-Wheel Trolley Assembly Rollers before also hitting the metal part of this piece as well. If one's bearing rollers are larger than the bracket they are on, then I guess the curvature would hit the rubber first, but if the bearings are the same size, then they will hit at the same time. Other than this small issue, these are good positioning stoppers.

Hey! This is a smart and simple device, the kind that makes me sad that I didn't think of it. Unistrut is some great stuff. Real 50's industrial American kind of product, complete with a Tommorowland sponsored section at Disneyland, that was all bright and shiny and hopeful about how great things would be in the future. They remained a Proudly made in the USA company and can get eye-wateringly expensive, but it is rugged as heck and nothing quite replaces it for many functions. It's nice that they've stayed true and not become a company so hell-bent on profit that they cut costs until the product is so thin it cuts you when you touch it. "Just make it look good in the product shot" is way too common these days. It used to be said that the only business is repeat business, lately, too many companies are content getting your business once and never again. Heck, if a company does impress me the names are gibberish that I couldn't say, spell or write from memory, so I couldn't find them again if I wanted to.But not Unistrut. You'll never find the strut channel for sale on a site, but all these factors make selling little doo-dads that work with Unistrut a great racket to be in, but as long as the quality is there and up to par with the strut channel then great. It's like an Erector set for big boys. Finding the trolley was like discovering a new world and these make them even better because the bearings won't take a thrashing hitting a steel stop. And the quality is every bit on par with the strut channel itself. Stronger than you'll ever need and built to last. Good one, wish I had thought of it.

These bumpers do work, but only barely, if you're careful. The bumper material itself does not stick out from the plate it's on so certain of my trolleys will hit the plate at the same time they hit the rubber. The options here are to carefully cinch down the bolt enough you get a crush effect on the bumper but that puts potentially undue strain on it and it may rupture like a herniated disc... Or, you can grind the metal plate to be less wide. In a pinch that works but really, other options do the job better, cheaper, out of the box. The brand could solve this with a larger bumper, or shipping a little narrower base plate in the track-wise dimension. So, three stars: they work, but I'd consider other alternatives myself... Best luck.~Cheers!

I was a little worried about being able to tighten these mid track without being able to access the inside bolt head but it holds well enough to tighten from the bottom exposed nut alone once you get it hand tight. They are easy to adjust and move around and retighten to keep trolleys trapped within the strut channel track as a good safety limiter.

This building has been standing for twenty-four years without a derailment device installed, and we have been very fortunate that it never went off the end. It's only me and my husband, and we know to be careful, but occasionally, a friend or relative has been over and yanks on the door, and it starts heading its way to the end, and I always cringe. I thought about installing a bolt to stop it, but this device is a better alternative because it has a rubber dampening. This device is sold for square rail, but it works on my round rail as well. I liked that I could set the stopper anywhere I wanted to on the rail because the left door could not slide the whole way due to an alarm sensor on the back of the door. This device allowed me to set the travel accordingly. There is not much to it; it is simple and effective, and the hardware is heavy-duty. Perfect for my situation and maybe yours too.
