*I have absolutely zero affiliation with this company.*I've been fishing for 25+ years and have used a lot of different tackle throughout that time. When it comes to ultralight setups, this line has become my go-to and it's not even close. I usually go for the 2lb test for my purposes where I'm targeting trout in the colder months and panfish (mostly crappie and bluegill) in the summer. This line is super durable to land a much larger fish that you're not targeting. I've landed an 8lb carp while fishing for bluegill, to give you an idea. It's virtually invisible in the water, especially if it's a bit stained. I've tried so many different lines out there and nothing even comes close to the SOS line. Another thing that I've had issues with other lines are wind knots when using super light bait. For example, I usually like to use 1/64oz jigs when targeting panfish and I used to battle wind knots with other light lines like Berkley's Vanish. This line will not completely eliminate it, but they will be much less if you know how to properly cast light lures.Easily my favorite line for ultralight fishing that I'll keep buying until something changes.

I was looking for a line that trout and crappie would not be scared of. I bought a spool of 4lb and a spool of 6lb for my trout fishing trip with my buddies. I caught several nice ones, even fought a good 18-inch trout with the 4lb trout with no trouble. They are my go-to lines from now on for crappie and trout. And I think the 6lb line could be an all-around good line for any type of fishing. Great stuff!! I'm hooked! Pun intended, and also true.

Pretty good line. Sensitive enough, good knot strength... has some memory in it, but occasionally stretching out the line helps.

This 2lb test line is great, it helps me toss my tiny 1/80 jigs to 1/32 jigs at a good distance. It also lets me me swing fish on the bank which most 2lb test line from other brands will break on if you do it. The line is stained and kind of invisible so it's good for murky waters or clear waters. The only thing I noticed is if you get snagged or if a fish wraps you around structure it gets frayed easily but all you got to do is cut it and tie another knot. This is good line though and at a good price.

I went from zebco omniflex to this and the difference is night and day. Next to no stretch, it is stronger, less visible in the water and easier to tie. It also improved my casting distance with the same set up

I use this on my Shakespeare micro rod combined with a Kast King centurion ultra micro reel. Primarily use this rig for micro fishing streams and skinny water for native and wild trout. The line was easy to spool and had no memory. I haven't lost a single fish with this. It is extremely sensitive, which you need for these fish. I've caught larger wild browns (2-3lbs) and smaller native brookies (sub 1lb) and no matter the size of fish, it performed well.I throw primarily trout magnets, but use rooster tails and small spoons as well. It casts great.I'd highly recommend.

I've fished my whole life, tournaments etc etc. Without a decent line your not gonna catch fish. This is by far the best ultralight line I've ever used. It's soft and malleable but incredibly strong. Has just enough stretch to not break easy. This is the best light line I've used, not in it's price range but for all lines on the market. Unless I need flouro to be clear I'm using this

I had trouble casting my ultralight rod with braid and decided to try this line out instead. Opted for the 4lb and would definitely buy this again. Casting is a breeze and I’ve landed many fish with a rod and reel I’d almost given up on. Very strong and thin line, easy to manage.
