Got this for my 2010 sienna, the wiring is about 6†shorter than the original switch. I cut and spliced it and wired it using the wires from the original switch, not a big deal, but a little annoying. It works fine. I expect it will melt into mush like the other one over time. FYI you do have to remove all the interior plastic paneling and the exterior piece the switch is in to replace it.

They connector was different for xb, had to cut and splice to work but does fit and work. Do not buy if you’re hoping for plug and play. Hope this helps anyone looking for replacement.
