How to set a password
1.Press the button with a pin

2.Set a code by rotate digits
Set your own code by rotate the digits, eg.8-8-8
3.Press unlock button
reset button will pop up. Then setting is done. To reset your code, just repeat the 1/2/3 steps.
4.Long press and pull out
Long press and pull out the shaft to unlock it.

Locks are easy to use, combination change instructions are easy to use, readability is perfect and comfortable on the eyes, lock quality is strong, the fit is perfect for a travel gun case, the entire lock is easy to use, while putting it on and taking it off the the case one would think it would be hard to go on but it is easy on easy off. Functionality is easy use.

Originally this was purchased for an sig sauer handgun case (compact 1911…. Not a large case by any means). The post is not long enough to lock through the 2 lock holes on the gun case. Okay no problem, I’ll lock it around the handle right? But wait, the rubber “covering†is actually a case and comes off the lock with less that 1 pound of resistance. Meaning it doesn’t actually lock anything. I did however take the cover off and use just the post and lock for my ammo box and that seems to fit and lock with no issues. Not a good lock. Not secure. Comes apart easy which basically makes this item useless. Especially if you’re trying to lock something important like a firearm with children in the house.

Took a trip to Alaska from Texas. No issues in either direction. Quality lock. Will buy again in future.
