I didn’t realize how good this ink was until I bought another gold ink pad from my craft store and it was AWFUL! True gold, beautiful coverage, definitely allow it to dry though, it will smear if you don’t allow it to dry.

Pro: worked good. Added a golden/metallic gild to the text-block. Overall, happy with the gilding it produced.Con: First time using this, so I may be wrong, but the quantity should have been more. Maybe these are only made for art, so using it for text-block gilding demands allot of ink that this was not designed for? I wish there was more ink provided in the pad, but maybe this was never the intention of this product (text-block gilding).Overall: Great product, but I wish the pad provided more ink-product. Maybe there are other products designed more for text-block gilding? Not sure. Liked it, but wish I had more product for the price.

Excellent ink pad. I use it with a stamp message that I put on the outside of the envelopes. The ink is evenly distributed on the pad. I’ve had it for several months and it has not dried out. The gold ink is visible on white and other colored envelopes

The pictures do not do my stamp/ink project justice that I purchased for my Etsy store.Saved me $$$ designing my own stamp and stamping my own boxes and jewelry pouches (from Amazon). I haven't tried reinking yet, but hopeful it will go smoothly as well.I am very happy!
