The USB dongle got too hot to the touch. When plugged into the 12 volt socket the blanket did not get very warm at all. It is being returned.

Heater went out of my car early November (which is a shame since hubby has a car repair business). Have been surviving with heated seats, but my front was cold. Bought this especially since it’s USB compatible. Now my front is toasty too, and it’s big enough to cover me and the front passenger. Now if only I knew how the car heater works only when going up a mountain.😸

I love the adapter although it had trouble staying on because, I think, spring in male part needed to loosen up. I thought at first that it would not work but it did.High quality, thick, warm and large enough.Heat distribution is good.I wish it were washable this the four stars.

Does not work with USB adaptor. Have not tried car adaptor...Will not heat, but adaptor gets incredibly hot.
