My Mistake - This unit is probably perfect for tub without a shower diverter already in place. I thought I found a work around to deal with a pipe leak behind a wall that was going to the old shower head. However, I hooked up the shower handle to the spout on this this tub spout thinking the built in diverter was override the water direction and it did not. Water poured out of the old shower spout. OTHERWISE - the unit was easy to install and does exactly what it should do - Just not what I'd hoped it would do.

I would not recommend this product. It is plastic and the internal parts are very flimsy. My first one was disconnected upon arrival. I received a replacement, which was intact, but any amount of grip or pressure would cause this product to become unusable! Pay a little more for a better quality product!

Got it on. Was happy with it. Then after using it twice it all the sudden broke. Poor water pressure. Waste of money and time.

I broke a different model by tightening too tight. Was careful with this one. All assembled correctly. Flow is very strong. Thank you.

Secure and easy fit, MIGHT want to use a longer 3mm hex key than included if you don't have a lot of hand strength and DO have a slip-on faucet fixture (bare รยฝ" pipe).I have a shower fixture built into the wall, this diverter is really useful for splitting the flowรขโฌโmore pressure/flow rate from the diverter attached to the faucet, and a lower flow rate from the wall fixture makes it perfect for a rainfall showerhead above, and a handheld shower head attached to this.
