Product Description

Tubular Rivets are similar to solid rivets, except they have a partial hole (opposite the head) at the tip. The purpose of this hole is to reduce the amount of force needed for application by rolling the tubular portion outward. An installed tubular rivet has a head on one side, with a rolled over and exposed shallow blind hole on the other.

It's not hollow as the description implies but I was able to drill it out for what I need. Otherwise it's a good rivet.

Bought to reposition the plastic retainer on the end of rear window glass weatherstrip for a 65 Chevelle. Looks exactly like the original rivet.

Understand that these are very small. The head diameter is only about 3/16 inch. These look good and seem well made.

First of all these are semi-tubular rivets not tubular. And secondly they do not publish the clinch thickness (which I would estimate as .175" min). The build quality is decent but you need to publish all of the relevant information about a product (clinch thickness for a rivet is pretty basic)
