Didn’t work for me. I wanted these for when I spray paint and when I epoxy. Sadly, they didn’t stay in the cups and were more of a hindrance.

They don't fit the size of the cup enough to keep the paint off the rim. When you add the resin coat it builds up at the rim of the cup

I had use this to try to not get epoxy in my cups that I was using on the Turner and unfortunately not only did it leave a big flat circle around the cup. It also got inside the cup complete waste of money.
