It works ok but does not compress lip seals tight enough. I needed to cut a piece out of a water bottle and put over seals then use the tool

I managed to damage 2 of my seals, both during the resizing, my advise- save the money and frustration and buy skerf cut rings, a local transmission parts shop had them for 0.95 per ring, no frustration.
