I’m no expert on these things but I bought this to replace the belt for my parents old Technics SL-BL3 record player. The old belt had rotted creating a sticky mess in the turntable, but after cleaning it out, replacing it with this one, it fit and works perfectly.

This is NOT the correct belt for an SL-B2 or, at least, the one they sent me was not. It didn't work and quickly burned out the motor (too tight). Two months and 20 hours of diagnostics later, I replaced the motor with one (used) from EBay ($20) and got the right belt from NeedleStore.com and now it works again. The belt from NeedStore was less expensive than this one (and about two inches longer). Alas, they have a 30-day limit on returns so, I wasted two months of headaches and about $30 on these guys and won't even get my original $8 back.If you must buy a belt from these guys, make sure that you read up on how to measure a turntable belt, find the original specs for your turntable, and measure it *before* you try it.

It did not fit correctly, I had to send it back. Maybe it was a goof on their side but I did get the correct belt from vintageaudioforyoutoo on Ebay, he sent the correct size belt and got a vintage SL-B3 back up and working.
