And I don't mean it in a bad way and I'm not trying to be rude. I literally mean you didn't do it right or don't know how to so you need to get someone to help you. Call up your tech savvy family or friends! No shame! Get those free TV channels!I know everyone said this thing is teeny tiny but I really underestimated JUST HOW SMALL IT IS. It's adorable and even I had doubts on whether it would work. But it did. Found up to about 90-100 channels it's incredible. So seriously if it didn't work for you, you are doing it wrong. My dad had the same issues, he didn't understand that channels are actually different these days. You cannot just plug this in and immediately have it work. You MUST go into your TV settings to scan the antenna channels for your TV to remember them for usage. You have to go into the channel list for your TV afterwards to access it depending on the model of your TV. It's really annoying and aggravating for people who aren't very tech savvy or don't understand English very well to get it done. Also where you place it and how you open up the "rabbit ear" antennas REALLY MATTERS. When I first tested it out it barely grabbed any channels. The moment I moved it closer to a window it grabbed a whole lot more. Turns out CBS and ABC is more towards the southeast side of where I live so I had to position my antenna and open up the ears more and face towards that direction to grab the channels. It took a bunch of trial and error, many rescans and moving it around like a crazy person to find that sweet sweet spot where I could get all the important local channels we needed (ABC, CBS and NBC. my dad loves NFL lol). But now it's perfect and we have about 90+ free over the air channels. Spend the time to get it done right the first time and never worry or think about it again! :DThis thing really does work. I spent over an hour on the phone with my dad to walk him through how to properly position and scan the channels on this same antenna for his TV and it finally worked for him! And his TV was an old 2015 model! :D

This monster killed my TV! As soon as I plugged it in the TV screen went practically White and flashing. You can't see where you are to try to run the auto program. I disconnected it and now the TV does that same greyed out flashing no matter what I do. My Samsung TV is now completely unusable and worthless. I am not a big fan of conspiracy theories but I swear to God the Chinese are at it again. Whatever you do don't buy it run away from it screaming with your fingers in your ears!

If you want an antenna which takes up little space, but pulls in a variety of available channels, I think this antenna does the trick. It may not bring in all of the channels you were expecting, but considering how small and convenient the antenna is, it performs admirably. Itรขโฌโขs a great antenna to carry on the go, in the car, while traveling.

Bought this for brother-in-law so he could get rid of a cable box. 2 minutes to connect, scan took 5 minutes. No issues. Note: he lives in Chicago and we put this on his downstairs tv. Of course, no channel 2, CBS, as they have consistently bad service!

You can't just throw it up and the wall and re-scan. Move it around the wall, rescan and see what it pulls in. A little alien tape helps. I have a one story, mostly brick, windows done for maximum sun blockage and I'm 30 miles from Tucson. My sweet spot for the most channels is near the back corner of living room nearer the middle of the house and away from the window with one antenna wing touching the ceiling - pulls in everything possible. Far more channels than any other antenna I've tried. So, make the effort to find the channels sweet spot and I don't think you'll be disappointed. I'm 71 if I can do this, bet you can too. Also, in my case the cable was too short so I ordered a longer cable and that made it easier to find a good spot on the wall. With the added cable, still a great price even against the '1500' mile antennas.

the product is smaller than expected. which is okay if you want to hide any type of antenna. but the pickup on channels is just okay, even after multiple channel attempts in different locations. I wasn't impressed with this product. Wish I could return it.
