Very lovely tray tables. I love the versatility of using as a tray table with or without the separate detachable tray. The tray tables themselves do not require assembly, but the upper tray does. I was about to give it 5 stars for ease of assembly (all of the screw holes matched up perfectly- a rarity in my experience) when I ran into 2 small glitches. The bottom of the detachable tray fits into a groove of the other pieces, but there was fuzz or debris in the groove that prevented it from sliding all the way in. Once that was fixed, the other glitch I encountered was in attaching the handles. The screw is a bit short and the handle is hard to get in place UNLESS you fold them first. I assembled the second tray in half the time knowing these 2 fixes. In the end, these are attractive, sturdy trays with multiple uses - a bar cart, an end table, a breakfast tray - a great value for the purchase price!

These are probably the most durable, aesthetically pleasing, and affordable TV tray tables I've ever used. They are heavy-duty and water-resistant. To prevent bubbling of the laminate, it's important to keep anything wet away from the corners; I did notice one small bubble in a corner due to this. The tables fold up conveniently for storage. The tops that can be placed on the tables are great for children who tend to spill, although I don't use them much.

My husband I just put the trays together. We were pleasantly surprised not to have to put the bases together. It took much less time than we expected, and we are very happy with the results. They look really pretty in our home and will be used a lot for the holidays.

One tray would not lock in the open position as it was damages.Vendor processed my return no problem.

I love these - metal legs are nice, appearance is really rustic and detailed. They are sturdy, and since I love doing wood jigsaw puzzles, they're the best ever. I can work on it on the table, then pick up the tray and carry it over to a sofa or anything I want. I have my laptop on there without worrying it'll slide off, same for drinks. Nicely made and extremely functional.

A well built design that has a nice feature where the tray fits snuggly onto the folding table for added stability. Nice look compared to other options, yet the plastic “U†shaped stabilizer broke after about a dozen uses. A simple item that should have been a better quality.

These tables were packed perfectly, not a nick or scratch on any of the pieces. The instructions to assemble were easy and they fit together with ease, they even include a screwdriver. And, they look great, I am going to purchase another set.

I'm probably right over the part that said some assembly required but they send you a bag of screws and a screwdriver. So far not working out well also the box of the tray that fit together with these parts is pretty flimsy. The reason I bought these was because I live in a small apartment and they looked pretty nice. Also I have wooden ones that were decent from Walmart and I didn't have to put them together however my dog thinks they're two toys. This one has a metal base. If I could only combine the two.. yeah a drill or handheld screwdriver would help with this. The screw holes are not exactly aligned. Frustrating since I have no tools except the stupid screwdriver they sent with it.
