I got two for my kids beds. First one inflated perfectly but the second did not. I contacted the seller and they got me a new one within a week and the new one inflated immediately. They were very accommodating. I wouldn't use these as an adult but for kids definitely.

This is a really good mattress. It's very comfortable and cozy. We like it a lot and sleep a lot better now. The memory foam makes you feel like you're on a cloud. I also like the all white look - very modern.It's very soft, but still provides good support for your body. The fabric is really nice to touch. It's also very breathable.It comes in a box in a vacuum sealed bag. Once you unfold it you need to wait 48 to 72 hours for it to fluff up. It's 10 inches deep like advertised.I think it's reasonably prices and I'd definitely recommend it.

For the price this bed offers a good amount of comfort. I did notice a different on my back after a long sleep. However it will need a box spring or to sit on a flat surface. No way can this be used on it's own. It's too smooshy.

needed a new mattress because my old one sinking in and i must say ucceo memory form mattress in a box is the softest mattress in the world i sleep like a baby

I'm happy with the mattress overall! I'd describe it as medium-firm, with REALLY good pressure relief. The memory foam molds well without sinking down too much which is an issue some of the less dense foams have. It took the full day to expand after unboxing, and there’s a slight chemical smell at first that fades. The edges are a little softer than the center, so if you sit on the edge often, it compresses more. A really good option if you want a balance of softness and support without spending a fortune.
