This protecter is amazing! It was very easy to place it on my mattress. My mattress was 16 inches, so I thought this protector wouldn't fit. But because this protector is stretchy, it still fits well!

I have these on all pur beds kids included! They are not the easiest to install but the sleep quality, saving the mattress from spills, smells, food, is great! If I can .ake mattress last from time my kids are in middle school until they leave the nest I will be amazed! Over a year of use and I keep buying for friends and family! They are overall grest for leaks, allergies, moving etc. Idk about bugs but so far so good.

If you love and care for someone that pees the bed, show yourself (and the mattress) love by buying this cover.This is not the thick stiff plastic cover but it does protect from wetness and wipes and dries easily.Living in the Caribbean, things that trap heat is a deterrent to a good night's sleep, and this cover got the memo.The fit was good but not overly snug. If it were jeans it would be a slim fit not a skinny fit. For me this is a win (easy installation), as I like to pick my battles and I chose not to fight to put a cover on a mattress.Performs at a level that earns a few minutes of my time to leave a review. Value for money - recommended.

The inside lining itself is waterproof, or at least highly water resistant. No issue there. The outer lining though is absolutely not waterproof. In fact, it is actually water absorbent as the other reviews mentioned.Presumably the outer lining was done this way to improve the feel to the human touch, and it is indeed quite nice. But when I split my soda drink onto it, it quickly soaked up all the liquid and there was a ugly dark stain. I had to remove the mattress cover and wash it, so this was a large pain when the whole point was for it to be waterproof.1 star purely for this and this alone. My workaround was to reverse the mattress cover and put it on inside-out, thereby having the waterproof inside lining now on the outside. But I do worry that this may make the seams more easily torn though.
