I was worried when I purchased it that a heavy cookbook might be too heavy for it...It hold a large Southern Living Cookbook with no problem..It is sturdy and very attractive. It has a nice finish on it. I am very happy with it. Much easier to read the by looking straight ahead instead of looking down for the recipe. Very pleased with this purchase.

This item arrived broken in the box. The base plate that would hold the cookbook has two tiny staples that were supposed to keep it in place. I don't see how this would ever hold up to any use as it didn't even hold up in the box for shipping.

As you can see by the photos this is a very sturdy and well made book/tablet holder. The quality is good and it even holds my thick Magnolia Table cookbook. I’m so happy with my purchase!!!

This product is beautiful to look at. But, the quality is horrible. Don’t bother buying it. The first I ordered came broken, to which I thought, ok, that happens when shipping. The second came in tact but broke after 3 months. And I only use it for display, I don’t even use the cookbook displayed on it. Waste of money.

I love this!!!! I am always using my phone for recipes or trying to hold open my cookbook and then it closes on me. This not only is very functional it is beautiful and I can display my nice cookbooks.Tucked in the corner you wouldn’t even know as it takes up so little room. Beauty!

I ordered this for a gift for my mother. The first one came with a huge crack in it, to the point where I could see through it. I requested a replacement and it came very fast. Unfortunately it was also cracked and the base wasn’t even attached the the back! Please reference pictures for example.I strongly suggest against buying this product.
