Product arrived late although it was in good condition. The unit is well built and works really well at all lengths. The harness does a good job taking the weight off your arms. It’s a handful at full extension but eliminates the need for a ladder. I like not having to wash my siding from a ladder and this unit gets it done with ease on the second story. I had to reposition the clip to bring the handle to better position as well as better angle on the harness. I’d recommend this unit to anyone that’s pressure washing their 2 story on a regular basis. Just be sure you get the harness adjusted properly to carry most of the weight and you’ll be a happy camper!

Seems well made, and is holding up good.Be warned though, at full extension it is all most impossible to control it if you have very much pressure behind it.

Does better than expected (but not as good as I hoped- it ain't magic) and a great value. First of all and make no mistake- if you extend this thing the full 18' and have a pretty powerful washer then things can get interesting pretty quickly. My gutters are about 23' above the ground. I figured that being 6' tall then this would reach if I held the end at shoulder level- it did. That means you have to A. Unclip it from the belt and B. use it with little leverage for control (that's what the belt is for). Still, it did everything I could reasonably hope for. I hadn't cleaned the worst spot on my roof in three years. It is in a corner where two roof "valleys" meet (see picture). A 24' extension ladder just barely reached it. I don't mind the danger but my wife does. It's so tight I can't place the ladder close enough to get all of the rotten branches and leaf litter. What I need to do is replace the gutter guard covers with screens and remove the dams. Still, I used this and after about 20 minutes I think I got most of it. What I should do is get on the roof on the flattest part (over a sunroom addition) and use the wand from there, but I digress.Using this overhead on a messy roof is asking for a leaf shower, but that's to be expected. The harness belt works well and gives you a lot of control against the torque of the thing when you are using it. It worked so well I decided to clean all the windows too. Using it on 1st story gutters is a breeze, and you can still extend it out to get the leaves hung up in the valleys. The best thing is that this package comes with a set of 5 nozzles ($40 at Lowe's but I only show 4 in my picture because the white one is on the wand) and an adapter to thread onto a washer that does not have a quick release. The wand by itself is worth $120 to me so it's like getting a $50 gift bag with it.

Provided connections fit most standard pressure washers. Works great for cleaning windows and siding. Also works great to clean swimming pool sides and bottom. You need to recognize that controlling it when extended can be difficult and requires solid footing and upper body strength.

This wand works great, it is a little heavy however after you get the hang of counter balancing it and figure out how to unjust the shoulder strap you should be fine.I am 61 and was able to do my entire one story house in about 2 hours by myself and never got on a ladder. My Son in law and I did his house this past week 20 ft + never had to get on a ladder. This is a large house and we finished in under 3 hours.Could have not done it without this toolIt has already paid for itself.I could not be happier with the purchase.Don't pay attention to the bad reviews, those folks must not be to bright.

I would have kept the pole, but its going back due to ...1. It shows a gutter bend attachment, which it doesnt come with2. Shows washer nozzles, which, it also doesnt come with.3. The support belt, well, just plain sucks to use.4. Looses too much extension due to #3So it loses 4 stars above, but does gain back 1 because, i didnt really care about #1 and #2 anyway since i have my own nozzles and didnt really need an bendy pipe anyway, but it shows it and described them so they should have been there, so ill only ding it 1 star for these. It gets another 1 back because it did clean what it could reach ( really should have gotten a 24 footer, but thats my bad not products fault). But what i can fault it for is the gawd awful VOC smelling belt that make you want to puke after wearing it for more than 20 minutes smelling its cheap plastic off gassing, and how to adjust it is pathetic because if you wear it low, you losing a good 3 feet of height. Most of the time i was holding the whole thing above my head trying to get the full distance out of it.Im 45, 6foot 210lbs and in better than average shape but it was a sweat fest trying to do that dance for 2 hours, im sure ill be skipping my workout day weight routine tomorrow. Sure it bends and bows at full extension, what do you expect, its shooting out over 3000 psi of pressure of course its going to bend. Once you get a rythym down, it is really not hard to use and you learn to twist your wrist to change the nozzle s0ray to help move it, just dont man handle it cuz youll over shoot, the undershoot and make cool abstract art all over the mildewy siding.Oh and wait till the pressure washer runs out odf gas and you lose your water support, that is fun. Just remember to try and keep the pole upright and walk it up and down, think about a crane, it ti0s over and breaks if there it too much verticle force when getting lowered at full extension. Set the handle straight down and tip it over and walk it back down to the ground and reverse it going up and its not bad at all.
