I don't have to think about what's underneath the piece I am cutting now. This base works very very well. I imagine similar products work equally well. I thought I might have preferred one that used magnets to hold down a piece. This one uses plastic pins that engage in the honeycomb holes. that works well enough.

I got a bad shipment of wood blanks, tried taping, magnets and hot glue but it was nothing but a hot mess. Then I saw this "honey"comb bed and gave it a try, BAM!!! Works like a champ, the 8 little pegs seem to hold down pretty good, wish it had come with double the pegs for longer planks but I'm super happy with how it works.

This works great for laser cutting. The build quality is well above cost. I’m using it on my Xtool d1 pro 10w.

Got the 500x500 bed for my creality Falcon laser cutter, fits great and am able to use the entire cutting area of my machine. Was surprised to find 8 hold down pins when I opened the box, nice bonus! Cuts are definitely cleaner but because it is so large it sags in the middle which can cause your laser to go out of focus when cutting larger objects. I remedied this by using a spacer between the aluminium plate and honeycomb bed to prop the centre up.

Excellent honey comb bed for the money, I highly recommend.

I've used this honeycomb laser bed daily for 4 months. It has worked well for me, but after constant use, the aluminum honeycomb holes are distorting to the point that my hold-downs are not as solid as when the bed was new. They still work, but I often have to relocate my wood to get a good fit.Perhaps my biggest frustration is that the aluminum bed is flexible. I use a laser diode with a fixed focus. Most 3mm wood has warps and must be held down with honeycomb pins. Unfortunately, the aluminum bed likes to warp with the wood. The hold-down pins (if they fit) simply follow the warp of the wood, making it extremely difficult for a good focus. Also, the holes are a non-standard size. Hold-down pins are hard to find. All that being said, this bed is still working for me after 4 months of constant daily use. I'd recommend it for the casual user.

Muy útil, bonita y me gusta el detalle de los sujetadores... Lo que sà es que es algo cara.
