Used this to add a volume control to my daughter’s little piano. 100 ohm seemed to be good for this one to give me a decent volume range. I tried 500 ohm and even higher and they all made the volume go down WAY too much with just a little bit of turning the knob so not a whole lot of control to fine tune the volume at higher ohms. 100 ohms seems to be good. It doesn’t go to completely silent but really low volume. Overall the range is writhing what I was looking for.Installation was easy. Knob is smooth. It’s a larger knob than what comes with most kits here on Amazon. I kind of prefer the smaller/thinner knobs but this big one is great too.Only needed one, but I’m sure I’ll find a use for the other two as my daughter gets more toys that don’t have volume controls.

Appear to be good quality pots, the knobs included are pretty nice. However they will not handle very much current, I managed to blow one up but it was my fault. If you need to handle a decent amount of current get a rheostat instead of a potentiometer

These 250K ohm potentiometers were just okay. They worked for my power supply project but if you need exactly 250K ohm look elsewhere!I measured 219K ohm, 220K ohm and one that was 217K ohm with my calibrated Fluke meter.The hardware was fine, the washers and nuts worked properly. The knob was the nicest part albeit it is plastic. It is from China and at this price it is acceptable for a home project.

Bought a 3 pack of 500 ohm pots. Values checked out as 4-496, 4.7-516, 3.7-501. More than adequate for an adjustable power supply.

Used them in series as I was unaware I should have got 2k ohm instead of 1k. Using them to trick a 1978 Cadillac Seville with fuel injection that a cold start sensor was reading what it wanted to see in order to run a cold start fuel pulse. It worked. Ordered 2k and will mount in dash.

Great product, spot on resistance values, using the potentiometers for a diagnostic tool, the knobs and rotary movement are heavy making it enjoyable and precise to use, unlike some that have sloppy operation
