I used the style guide and bought two sizes as my son was on the edge between two. Both sizes were very small and uncomfortable for him.

I swim about 2500m to 3000m 2 to 3 times a week. These did not last long at all. I washed them out with cold water and used a suit swim water spinner at the gym.The fabric ply started separating and bunching up. The stitching lasted fine ... just the material didn't hold up to the better quality products like Dolphin Chloro ban models that FAR exceed this product.

Size chart seems slightly off, product was slightly too small. Returns are not free, charged $3.33 USPS return fee.
