These are easy to use, feel way more comfortable than the standard ear plugs.I tried several ear plugs but most were uncomfortable on a long swim and they would work their way out of one or both ears.These can be molded to the ear canal and just a simple press on each side keeps them in. I don't even notice them after the first 50 meters.I've used one pair for over a year and they do start to wear a little but $6 for two pairs and the comfortable fit, they are well worth it.

bought it for my 4 year old for swim class after endless ear infections. He can put it in himself and it keeps the water out. Would recommend and buy it again.

I want to give these 4.5 stars. I'm a newbie swimmer and I haven't tried any other products so I don't have anything to compare them to. They stay in for the most part and I definitely appreciate not having water in my ears after every swim. Not sure if this happens to other people, but I always have issues with one my ears not "sealing" all the way, so it lets in a tiny bit of water. Again, not the end of the world, but it's a little annoying on my swims. I also surmise that this is probably operator error and not the product itself. Definitely worth trying if you are not currently wearing ear plugs!

I got clear plugs because reviews for colored ones mentioned they stained. I rolled the plugs in my hand to soften and put them in. I was careful not to make them cone shaped per the instructions. They didn't seal well so I tried softening again but they didn't seal so I kept my head above water hoping they would block splashed water at the very least . A lot of water got in one ear so I adjusted it. Much to my surprise it began to crumble so I put on a swim cap to prevent more splashed water in my ears . It's been 2 days since I used them and my ears are swollen, hurt and I can't hear well . I'm using a baby syringe to suck whatever is in there out. I'm hearing better in the most swollen ear and hoping the other improves soon so I won't have to go to the doctor.

Hard to beat silicone ear plugs. Not sure how to give these a proper star rating but... yes they seem to work very well!

I'm not sure about these. I swim 2400-3200 meters 3x weekly. Sometimes these work for the entire hour+, other times they leak after a couple sets and I end up switching to my Speedo Ergo Earplugs (flexible plastic). I want these to work because the Ergo Earplugs stick out and I can't put my cap over my ears with them, and then I'm constantly adjusting my cap. I definitely have to rip one of these in half, and use half in each ear. I also mold it into a point (which is says not to do, for obvious reasons) and put it deeper into my ear but that's the only way it fits in my ear and keeps the water out.

The earplugs are made of a soft moldable silicone, so with your fingers you shape them and place in your ears. Even though I wear a silicone swim cap when I swim laps, water used to get under the cap and into my ears. With these earplugs, NO WATER gets into my ears any longer. No more swimmers' ear, no more tugging at the swim cap trying to keep water out. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these.

Recently I needed to stop the water from coming into my ears. I have been swimming for years and never had a problem. These silicone TYR ear plugs fit the bill. They conform to your ears. I don't think you can use them without a cap. I swim for more than an hour and no water gets in my ears. Nice that you get four so that you have another set when these wear out.

Took me time to figure out how to use them. Can't do without them now!!And... That they fit into the outer ear cavity (and not the canal - like conventional earplugs) makes them very comfortable for me.

Very good product, seal the ear nicely.My daughter is in the swimming team, after she got a chronically ear infection, it was a must to keep her ears dry. She didn’t try in swimming yet. She tried it in the shower it was ok.

It is waste of money guys, don't buy it. I bought one and it is too hard to fit in ear.
