Bought this vibration plate per the recommendation of many others including my doctor to help with pain in my joints and leg cramps I’ve been getting a lot of. Since using this I feel less pain in my joints and muscles as well as less leg cramps. It’s easy and comfortable to use. It came packaged in a box with no damage and its size is heat and stores away nicely. It has different vibration modes which is nice. This also has helped me some with my stability as well as I don’t feel as unstable as I did before. Overall, the performance of this product has been great and I’ve had a great experience this far.

It works great. My husband has restless leg and this really helps him (and my bruised legs) sleep better at night. For me one thing I've noticed is my legs feel stronger.

The plate seemed to work in the beginning unfortunately it started rattling and was so noisy it had to be returned! The hard part and lesson here is READ the fine print on any RETURN policy! Amazon did not want to take it back because it didn’t rattle until after the 60 day return window has closed. After going back and forth they were helpful and took back the plate. Once again, the cost $199 was NOT worth the price!

This has been a game changer for circulation, gentle muscle building and lymphatic drainage. However, I have big feet, size 10 women, and it's hard to do exercises that require moving your feet on the plate due to the size of the plate and my foot size. I'm a bigger girl, and you can forget about doing any sitting exercises on this plate due to the size. Also, it is not designed to do any leg lifting exercises because if you do, the plate no longer functions equally on both sides. The side you are standing on works as it should, but the side that has no weight on it goes up in the air like a teeter totter, and is unbalanced. I'm afraid it will malfunction if I continue any more sided exercises. I'm thankful I have this device. However, in the future I will buy a better one.
