We have 3 shades that we have had for a while we use everyday to keep heat off deck. We were concerned when one end broke off and were not able to use. We were so great full to find replacement it is hold up well easy to install.

I’ve owned this 10 ft roller shade for only 3 months and the plastic pull ring snapped right off. Now I have to buy a whole other set. And of course there is no option to buy one with a metal pull ring. I mean common all the load is bearing on that ring and they decided to make it plastic? Get real. I spend all this money for a nice shade and they can’t even give us decent metal mechanisms to last… a shame.
