It glitches and makes a noise like an internal spark. I stopped using it for fear it might damage my screens. A waste of money.

This works well for the most part, handling 4K at 60Hz with no noticeable drop in quality. It's a convenient way to manage multiple devices like my xBox and Apple TV on a single HDMI port, and the picture quality is excellent whether I’m gaming or streaming.However, one thing that keeps it from being a perfect solution is that it always defaults to Position 1, regardless of which device is powered on. I wish it would automatically switch to the active device, as it’s frustrating to have to manually toggle every time I switch between consoles or streaming sticks. If they could add that feature, this would be a fantastic product. For now, it’s functional but falls short of being as seamless as I’d hoped.

This product does (NOT) allow users to connect 2 HDMIs at the same time. It allows users to either connect to connection 1 or connection 2; NOT BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. It just switches between 2 HDMIs but does NOT process both HDMI connections at the same time. The image that have 2 connections lit is a misleading image.If you are planning to connect 2 or more monitors simultinously using this tool; this is not the right equipment for you.

So impressed with this little device. Does exactly what it is supposed to do, at a bargain price. I am using with a shared monitor for both my mac laptop and windows desktop and it is a no nonsense solution. There is a slight delay as the different computers recognise the additional monitor when you hit the switch button, but this os to be expected. I buy a lot of stuff I dont need on the internet, but this wasnt one of the, Great product, Ugreen are a very good quality brand, I have lots of other cables and stuff from them and all works brilliantly. Buy this in confidence :)
