How to Connect Bluetooth Headset to PS5?

Works as intended. About the size of a small USB drive, I was looking for a compatible blu tooth receiver that works with my PS5 so that I can connect some blu tooth headphones that I have. Didn't want anything fancy but this works just fine. Installation: Initial pairing takes about 10-15 secs then after that no issues. Didn't experience any type of lag. Sounds seem to match everything on screen. 2 problems that I found:.....1. I can't seem to get the mic to work not a deal breaker for me......2. when the PS5 is in STANDBY mode, the receiver stay powered on as the USB ports stays powered on the PS5 so every time I finish playing I have to unplug the receiver.

I'm using this dongle to connect my Wireless headphones to my PS5Connecting the dongle required turning off all other blue tooth's around like my PC, Phone, Tablets. The dongle entered pairing mode automatically but its easy to do manually as well. I put my earphones in pairing mode and it took a minute but it finally paired.I was stuck in call mode with a red light on the dongle but after reading the manuel more clearly you just have to press the dongle button twice to exit that mode into normal listening mode.From there I cranked the volume manually on my PS5 settings and manually on my ear phones.Plenty of sound for my purposes! The quality is what you expect from a work around. It sounds great for what it is.A little bit of challenge getting everything to work but once it did it worked beautifully

Definitely works great, I can’t say I hear any difference on HQ vs LL except for latency, but my lowest test was 120ms response on low latency. You can go to superpowered’s web latency test to get a good idea of your latency.My only gripe is that the booklet you get is a pain in the ass to read, it’d be nice if they give you everything you need to know in one spot instead of looking through this tiny text to find out how to use the button, and what the colors mean. Well, another gripe is that I have to now manually switch my audio device to my speakers when I feel like using my speakers but I’ll take that over high latency. I didn’t even realize how bad the latency over AAC was.Windows 11 & Sennheiser momentum 4s

Really easy setup. Strong Bluetooth connection that doesn’t seem to cut out. Well-built and fully compatible with PS5 and AirPods Max. No noticeable latency whatsoever. Less expensive than alternatives.

I won't pretend to be an audiophile; my hearing has been terrible since as long as I can remember. That doesn't mean I don't want the best sound that I can manage from my phone and my headphones. I happen to have a USB-c iPhone and some headphones that have snapdragon sound, and this dongle allows for some serious flexibility in sound, and that's thanks to the handy button you can use to switch modes of transmission. You can use aptX low-latency mode for gaming or movies, or aptX HD/adaptive for music streaming at a MUCH higher bit rate than AAC or SBC would allow to the headphones. It also works with my various PCs, the PS5, my work computer, my android gaming device, and my Steam Deck. It's an easy call on this one.

Had these for like 2 months, worked amazing, until tonight where I’ve spent over an hour trying to reconnect them to my AirPods Pro and it just won’t connect. No matter what I do. Factory reset both devices, forgot the device on my iPhone to make it easier to connect to this device, reset my PS5 audio settings…. Nothing. Extremely disappointing. Hope I can get a refund or a new one because these were amazing until now. Might just buy a whole new damn headset for the PS5 instead of this device.

Compact, reliable, and pairs quickly with devices. Stable connection, but tricky setup on older systems. Great for wireless use recommended!

I know this was item was not specifically designed for cell phones, but it worked for me. I have a set of Momentum 4 headphones with APTX Adaptive, but my cell phone does not support that codec. But if I plug this into the USB Type C port of my Galaxy S23 Ultra, it recognizes the APTX Adaptive codec in my headphones and transmits accordingly. The sound is awesome. Does the same when plugged into my computer and listening to music, and even gaming. Would recommend.

Llevo bastante usándolo y nunca me ha dado ningún problema, el audio es perfecto, el alcance indicado (10m) es el correcto, por otro lado, hecho en falta una acción de pagado por asà decirlo, para que se desconecte para no tener que desenchufarlo, no se si lo tenga pero yo no lo he visto. Por su precio esta bien.

Perfect little deviceI was a bit skeptical at first, thinking this dongle might have issues reconnecting after switching between devices, but it handles it flawlessly.
