I don’t know what unit of measure the 8.5 on the outside of the box is. But on the actual tubes it is 10x2.125, I returned one of these because I thought they sent me the wrong thing….This time it was identical so I opened the box and tried it against the wheel of my 10inch scooter tire…. It is the correct measurements….

I wouldn't have been able to replace the tube of my Segway Ninebot F30 scooter without the two crowbars that come with these tubes. Get ready for a workout. Some dishsoap helped get the tire back on. Seems to be holding air. But I will need to drive it for a while before I can vouch for longevity.

This is working well for our son's Ninebot scooter. Make sure you look at the stem type. Ours used the straight stem. A curved stem would have not worked.
