No instructions on how batteries go in. Took several times but i got it. Wasnt any marking on the tester to show how batteries went in either. Could at least helped out there. Wish u could touch the tube instead of the wires. Sometimes them rubber ends are melted on.

I started the process of returning this for non working but tried 1 more thing and it worked. And it works great! The battery instruction is not very good. 2 batteries facing negative 2 batteries facing positive, even though the springs are at the bottom - try one way if that doesn'twork, try the other. 4 stars for poor instruction.

Compared to my old scope , these are super weak , more power would help , dont care about fools zapping themselves

Instructions for putting in batteries are a bit unclear, but you can still make it work if you're attentive. Took a few pulses of activity to initially warm up, but after that, worked exactly as intended.
