Easy to assemble. Protects documents from wear and tear. The base has some weight to it so it does not tip over. Very sturdy. Would highly recommend.

WE LIKE IT, KIND OF WISH IT CAME WITH THE OPTION TO STAND ON THE DESK BUT SHOULD WORK OUT JUST FINE.

While putting this together the ends that fit into the holder. Made of plastic. Broke off making it useless. Buy the metal one.

Average - difficult to fit paper in; I often have to trim the paper to fit it in the sleeve.
