The Ultra Bright Ring Light should be under Convenient in the dictionary!If you can't find it there then look under Versatile! I just recently started playing around with photography and I ordered this because I seemed to always have issues with shadows when I would try to photograph items. The overhead lights in just about any room would always limit my ability to get a clear picture. The product description mentioned something about shadows and that caught my attention so I got it. Well sufice to say this does a whole lot more than make shadows go away! The flexabilty and multiple uses are an unexpected value! This lighting kit is divine. I Love the little finger remote that bluetooths to my phone and lets me take the pictures without being anywhere near my phone. I can come around from different angles, use both my hands to position an item etc. and then just tap the button in my hand and "click" picture taken. Same with videos. The Stand with the large light board is incredibly easy to set up. I barely had to glance at the instructions. It does come with detailed instructions otherwise I never would have discovered what that little button thing was for(?)!! The light has a LONG cord so it will reach a good way to plug in. On the cord just about 2-3 feet from the light is a switch where you can adjust the lighting for light color (Warm, White, Daylight) as well as light intensity. This entire set up greatly exceeds my expectations at the same time it speeds up my work time and helps me to deliver a much higher quality picture/photograph. I am absolutely delighted with this Ultra Bright light set up. I am looking forward to discovering all the many ways it will make my job easier and more rewarding! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

This light is good overall, but it has some limitations. It can change 10 level of brightness, but you only get three options for color temperature.On the bright side, there’s no flickering or weird bands when taking pictures, which is great. But I wouldn’t want to clamp it onto my expensive teakwood table since I’d be worried about damage. I am using the light in a light box from the side, sitting on a mini tripod.The phone arm is also restrictive because it can only hold a phone and you can not attach anything else.I am using the phone arm to take pictures in the light box. On one hand, I can stabilize the phone; on the other hand, I can not manipulate the phone in all the positions I would like to. The most annoying is that the arm does notclick into the horizontal position.You can mount a DSLR or webcam on the main column, but then where are you supposed to put the light?The light and phone arm have become a permanent part of my light box setup.

A few months ago, I bought a lighted stand to hold my iPhone horizontally as a copy camera. The weight of the phone very slowly pulled the stand down even though I tightened the hinge screw with the included Allen Wrench. Apparently, they knew it would slowly shift and therefore included it. I got tired of constantly adjusting the camera so I started looking for an alternative.This Ultra Bright Ring Light is very well constructed using large knobs to tighten the clamps that adjust the stand. The stand is made of sturdy round tubes that don't shift around once set. The phone mount holds the phone securely in position. The stand itself clamps onto the edge of the table and keeps the stand from moving. My only complaint I have is that the name says Ring Light and it's not a ring light as you can see in the photos. It is an LED light panel that is quite bright and adjustable.It has allowed me to photograph many products I am selling online with no problems. If an object has a shiny surface and shows a reflection, tilting the light panel around removes the glare.I'm very happy with the quality of this device.

Ultra Bright Ring Light with Overhead Phone Camera Mount-Desk Clamp is bright, easy to assemble and functions very well. You can adjust the brightness which is a nice setting.The tripod is adjustable to take pictures at different angles. It is very sturdy. I like that it includes the remote control which makes taking pictures and videos so much easier. The only issue is that the remote control is too loud for my liking, especially, when taking videos. It clicks too loudly, and you can hear it at the end of the video. Probably can be fixed with video editing, but it would be nicer if it wouldn’t be that loud.Overall, it’s a very good quality and worth the money.
