Tips
1. Our area rug is compressed in a vacuum bag, it will fluffed back up in a couple of days, please do not worry about this situation.
2. Simply to clean it with a hand-held vacuum to remove dust and dirt;It can easily be taken outside to shake off the dust. For a deeper clean, just wipe with a damp cloth; Only allow your shag rug to fully air dry before next use.
3. If you find some smell of the product when receiving it, it's a normal phenomenon caused by warehouse storage, just please expose it to the air for some time.

I was nervous about this rug and the sizing but it’s functional. Doesn’t curl on sides and was easy to install. It looks great and fuzzy and has good quality. My lesbian cat already took a nap on it within 10 minutes of installation. Worth the price.

Wow- did not expect such a cheap rug to look so nice. Fluffy and perfect, a little thin, but does the job. Purchased in grey.

I bought the 5 foot by 8 foot rug size. This rug was shipped in a small box and the entire rug itself is very light weight. I use this rug in my bedroom. The grey shag material on top is soft, fluffy and attractive. The backing material that secures the carpet is not non skid as stated in the ad.This rug would be better suited as something you would place on carpet and not tile flooring. I have plastic tiles on my bedroom floor and this rug is sliding all over the place. This grey shag rug gets excellent marks for being attractive, fluffy and having something comfortable you can sit on. The thin, very lightweight backing material on this rug causes it to slide around excessively. The price on this rug is a great deal on the Amazon website but if you need a non slip rug to use on tile flooring you will probably need to buy a heavier duty rug.

I love this rug. It’s thin but big and lays flat and feels soft and fluffy. Looks bright and clean and doesn’t shed or smell ! It’s awesome for the price. I vacuum using hose with attachment and it works well.

I have had a few of these area rugs from Amazon.Was never quite pleased until now. Although, I never even realized, that I have this exact same rug in the same bedroom, but in a smaller size!It looks good, it feels good under foot, I have no complaints whatsoever about this rug.I’m looking around to see where I could put another one………or two!!!!

Recently, a family member who was using my middle bedroom temporarily finally moved out. I don't have a bed for that room yet, but have set up a few other things to prepare to turn it back into an extra bedroom. Area rugs at the local stores are way too expensive for a room that probably won't be used that much. The walls are a lighter charcoal color with white trim. I wanted the rug to be more colorful, but also didn't want to spend over $50 for crappy shag. I decided on the black since the other colors for this product aren't what I'm looking for. Got it the next morning. I was really blown away by the packaging, but they vacuum pack it. Once the packaging is cut, it expands. I read quite a few other reviews, so was prepared for how thin it is. But, I have no complaints. It is very soft. It looks way better than the rough, cheap shags that are the alternative when you're cheap like me for this kind of purchase. As far as the "anti skid" claim, that's false. But, I already have double sided rug tape for the other rugs in my house, so I was ready. Now that all my corners and a few other spots are stuck to the floor - it's perfect. I definitely see me getting another one of these later on down the road.I do want to add that I found it interesting that the tag says "not for indoor use".

The rug was nice when we first got it. Was very soft and fluffy but quite slippery in the beginning. A little thin feeling but did what we needed in our living room until we were able to upgrade to something different.Good: The rug did good against stains, spaghetti sauce got spilt on it and with treatment and scrubbing it never left any evidence behind. Which was quite shocking.Bad: It was difficult to clean otherwise. Couldn’t vacuum it easily so it would constantly get stuff on it. If you tried to vacuum it would just suck up even with the hand held and low suction. It lost is fluffiness and softness quickly and felt almost matted at times. The rug even with stuff on it tended to move a lot.Overall the cost for it wasn’t bad. Didn’t notice any shedding either. The quality of it was very good in the beginning. I don’t regret buying it. Just wish it would have been easier to vacuum and had a better grip on the underside so it wouldn’t have moved as much.

To hard to clean especially with a dog that sheds. Very soft and comfy tho. Just not for us
