We researched different slideout supports and found that the length we needed plus ease of installation won out over others. They support our large slides and minimize the rocking or jiggling of our 5th wheel. They were also less expensive than buying from camping supply stores. They release very easily to get into position and tighten with minimal effort. We are very happy with them and highly recommend them.

The supports are exactly as advertized. They are as simple to use as could be even for a complete novice/idiot.The price is more than worth it.Shipping was as promised. Packaging could be a bit more stout.

I received the product and one of them did not work. I found out from the original company (not Amazon.com) that there was a glitch in the manufacturing and that one good one was shipped with one bad one. I notified Amazon.com and I received another shipment, but I had to pay a reduced shipment fee to return them. I feel I should not have had to pay anything to return them as they were defective. I must say that once I did get two that worked right I was able to use them. I might add that the replacement shipment had a bad one in it also so I am GLAD THAT I DIDN'T RETURN THE FIRST ONES BEFORE I GOT THE REPLACEMENTS OR I WOULD HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN. I would not buy these products again because of this problem. Who wants to go through this again and again !!!!!!!!

We have another set for our bigger slide out and they work very well to steady the slide out. So bought another set for the living room.

These supports are well made, easy to use, take up little space and do wonders to dampen the rocking motion of our rig. Unfortunately I didn't understand how these support the slide-out before I ordered them. I measured the height from the ground to the bottom of the slide-out. I should have measured from the ground to the tracks under the slide-out. These are the tracks that push the slide-out out and pull it in. They extend maybe 6" below the edge of the slide-out. These supports are intended to go under the tracks. I was able to place them under the sides of the slide-out when I took the rig out last time and they really stopped a lot of the rocking motion. I am going to order the proper size ones to replace these. I think using them incorrectly to support the slide-out may cause problems later on (track alignment, floor warping, ??).

Very cheap product and broke to beyond use on first attempt to snug against slide rails. The fastener is made of cheap plastic and stripped with little effort in attempting to snug under slide. I would not recommend purchasing. Also it is not as shown in pictures! Very cheap and easy to strip out making it useless. Wasted money and now have to look into a different brand....

Not same as pictured. Weak plastic threads. You get what you pay for. The plastic "nut" part that works with the metal threads was flimsy and stripped easily under the little weight I applied. It stabilizes - but sometimes gives out under weight. Pay more and get a solid support made of all metal.

There are a pair of these in the box and they work perfectly for our pop up camper bed. We just drilled 2 holes in the board underneath the bed and installed some lag bolts. These lag bolts allow us to put a 2 x 4 under the bed after we pull it out. These work great to put on either side of the 2 x 4 to stabilize your bed. No more worry about bed collapsing!!!

Seems to work great. Much easier than having a bar to tighten up the unit. We will see how it lasts as I have only used it twice. Seems very strong and reliable despite the other reviews. Time will tell.
