They are bright, they work really well, the only downside is when it is time to charge, its a little difficult to get the LED stick out far enough to charge it as the poi are actually rather sturdy. They are still good for beginners though. (although I would not call them soft). I am still a beginner, my brother is much more advanced, and these work well for both of us.

I LOVE EVERYTHING about these poi, they allow a lot of control over the flow toy. The contact poi aspect of it makes it incredibly durable, safe and adds a dope effect to the flow. The led lights are bright and vibrant. There are so many types of poi and it’s defiantly worth the extra money to get this pair! The light up knobs add the coolest touch. Makes it fun to practice and get better!

First of all, I will say I absolutely LOVE these set of Poi. Compared to the last set of custom poi I had purchased from darkmonk, these are more intuitive and easier to flow with. Weather thats the longer, or thicker tether (1/2" to 3/4") or just the shape and weight of the balls I'm not sure. But they feel amazing to flow with and think the default size they send you will be adequate for 90% of all spinners regardless of body size or style...THAT being said, and the reason I am giving them only 3/5 is because of the charging unit. This thing is INSANELY hard to get out of the socket. Even after watching the video on how to remove it and trying to copy the steps, this thing DID NOT budge... I had to push the rope so hard with my fingers they almost bled. I almost grabbed a pair of pliers and ripped out the unit before a friend convinced me harder to give it all my might... This is not a task for the feint of heart and I would not recommend to anyone looking for a quick or easy charge.I will be searching for another set of poi just because of this fact. After spinning for 2 hours the last thing I want to do is spend another 30 mins busting my phalanges,trying to push an oversized rope through a tiny plastic hole.

great set of poi but the battery life of the ball does not seem to last very long and and as far as I am aware there doesn't seem to be any indication of how much battery life is left. If there is can someone tell me how to check how much charge is left. Other then that they are great poi
