This is my first bidet experience and I couldn’t be more pleased. This particular bidet has two area/size settings and like a bunch of different water intensity settings that can be easily adjusted which is a huge game-changer and very functional!The only issue I had was with the installation- the part that was sent to connect the bidet to the water pump was way too big. I have a small bathroom though and small toilet area/pipes so I don’t know if that makes a difference. Once I bought the proper size connector part I had no other issues though- it’s pretty straightforward to put together and I am NOT handy or experienced!!Overall I am so surprised that I love this bidet so much. I have never felt more clean in my life! I would recommend the manufacturers to maybe think about heated water? I personally don’t mind the cold blast but everyone who’s come over to use my bidet say that warmer water might be nice- lol!Other than that I would definitely recommend this product- and bidets in general!!!

Easy to install, works well. Knob is sensitive, so turn slowly. It is slim so doesn't take up a lot of space. Great value for the price.

Bidet itself works well. Water pressure on frontal and rear aimed jets was a really strong even on lowest settings-a bit intense for me. Bidet streams would not function unless water flow valve was set to highest setting-I typically turn it down to save CA water. AND IT LEAKS! The plumbing attachment from my toilet to water supply wouldn’t snugly fit my Kohler toilet. Would not screw on completely so it dripped constantly. I applied the Teflon tape that came with product, but it still leaked significantly, leaving a puddle of water on the floor and drippings on baseboard. It also leaked at the adaptor and water supply connections because of poor fit. This product likely works better with newer toilets and brands other than Kohler. It’s worthwhile for the price, but only if the leak situation can be fixed. I was allowed to return it, a huge plus.

This works like a bidet should. It is a refreshing cleaner that's very effective. It truly saves your septic and toilet paper consumption. I knew I wanted a bidet and this sale price was the winner for me. I got one for my Daughter's family too, and they love it.

This was easy for me to install. Less than 30 minutes. I love it for the price and the quality. I have a very small bathroom with no electrical near the toilet area this bidet was a good fit for the small bathroom. I would buy the same bidet again for sure. Good quality and price point.

This is my first foray into bidet. Easy to install. Works well. I don’t even notice the chilled water…feels refreshing, actually, and it’s cold winter here. Bought some cheap baby washcloths with loops to hang next to the toilet for drying. Water does splash the front of the toilet seat and bowl but that might be a normal bidet thing. I just use the other side of the washcloth to dry that and into the washer it goes. Happy with this purchase and the feeling of clean.

I have never really like this appliance. There no adjusting the force of the water, and no blow dry which, in my opinion, makes it absolutely useless.Not only that, but it really is broken. The valve leaks all over the floor on the side of the toilet.I want a refund.
