At first I thought it doesn’t work but then I found out that there is a reset button on the power block. I pressed and hold it for about 3 sec and lamp started to work like a charm.

The pictures and description show a 2-year light bulb that has double pane of glass (which are 2-year bulbs). I received a single year light bulb with single pane of glass.
