Fits Many Post-2010 Godin or Seagull Guitars
This unbleached bone saddle will fit many Post-2010 Godin or Seagull guitars as a replacement or upgrade. This bone bridge saddle is zig zag compensated for improved intonation. The radius is set at 16 inches to match many Godin or Seagull fretboards and improve playability.
Please note that each guitar is slightly different and your bone saddle may need adjustments to the height, length, or thickness, which you can do with the included sandpaper.

I installed this in a late 90s Seagull S6. The old saddle was worn out, with deep grooves. It was buzzy and I tracked the noise back to the saddle.I had to sand the heck out of this to get a similar height to my old saddle. Forget the sandpaper it came with and use a good sanding block. It was also a little thin and moved around in the slot. To remedy this, I spread a few layers of super glue on one side, let it dry, then sanded flat. Worked perfectly and fixed the buzz.After a few weeks with it installed, I can definitely tell my guitar just sounds better in general. A lot more sustain and better tone overall. I also replaced my beat up old plastic bridge pins. I think it looks slick. What an awesome, inexpensive way to bring the old girl back to life!

If your Seagull was built between 2008-2017 with a classic teardrop-style pickguard and a 12 digit serial number, this bone saddle will fit wonderfully. It's shaped just like the original compensated tusq saddle, but provides (imo) better sound and lasting durability. It just needs to be sanded down height-wise to your preferred action height. Well worth the price!

Everything seems to be an exact fit and seems to warm up the tone of the guitar just a bit which is a good thing

I bought two unbleached bone saddles; one for a seagull and another for an alvarez. The alvarez was perfect after just a little sanding to get the length and thickness correct. The instrument is more resonant and I was able to improve the action, too.But the saddle for the seagull was too small to get a true “friction fitâ€. It dropped into the slot without any sanding whatsoever. It’s an S6 Mahogony Deluxe model. So I just thought I’d share my experience for other S6 owners.

Replacement guitar bridge saddle. Bone transfers more energy to the soundboard than most of the synthetics. The unbleached bone gives an "antique" appearance.

Perfect fit length wise for my 2021 S6. Minimal sanding width wise. And I took my time getting the height just right. The compensation is spot on. I just ordered another one for my older seagull. Highly recommend this

I used this saddle to replace the Tusq in my Seagull six, very little fitting required, sanded the bottom to get the action where i wanted it. Sandpaper is provided, sounds great and should last a long time.
