It's been two years since I bought it. I put it into my trap cage that catches squirrels and rats. You know squirrels can be quite violent and bouncy when they are caught, and this has helped keep the cage steady. What else can I say about a weight? It is perfect.

After years of diving with soft shot-weight pouches and watching white fluid drain from them after every dive, it finally dawned on me that perhaps the white stuff coming off of the lead shot pellets is not good for the ocean critters and plant life that I'm visiting! So, I decided to go back to diving solid lead blocks.The reason I purchased these is that they are nicely formed – there are no rough edges or defects that will cut into the 2" nylon webbing. Less wear means less worry.

Basic weights. Accurate weight, slide on my rubber (mares) weight belt easily. Stay put. Their well made, smooth with no rough edges. Were perfectly comfortable against bare skin (free dive training in the pool). No complaints. Will buy more to match when needed.
