Nice solid item. Great mod for my 2013 Tacoma. Easy to do. Will need a torx 25 and a long flat head screwdriver. Hardest part is cleaning it and removing old piece that this item replaces. Take your time and don't break the piece that mounts back on truck. Also don't over tighten. Recommended.

perfect fit for my '14 tacoma secondary air pump intake. the foam filter under the cap was blocked and hard as a rock, probably the salt intake over the years. this guy comes with a clamp, 1/4 inch, good quality, and when the pump cover goes back on it looks like a factory deal and will keep the e-motor from burning out.

Easy to install and looks good. Better that OEM. Just remove to old foam filter and replace with this type filter. The secondary air pump will work smoothly. . One less thing to worry about.

I came across this filter when searching the web about the P0418 code that popped up on my 2015 Tacoma. Its a perfect fit and appears less prone to failure than the stock foam block in the top of the secondary air pump. For some reason, the USPS had issues getting this part from Texas to Maine. It took almost 3 weeks to make the trip. Kudos to the seller, who got the part to the USPS the day after I placed my order. I typically have good luck with the USPS, but this time they flubbed the dub.

Popped right on without issue. I've heard this part is necessary to prevent the existing foam filter from disintegrating into the secondary air pump and causing big issues. Would buy again.
