The gauge was inoperable. Tightening the nuts onto the wire terminals caused the whole face/mechanism of the gauge to be loosened from its assembled location. The gauge rattled loosely inside the housing and likely caused it to become inoperable. I confirmed current was flowing to the gauge and from the gauge to the sending unit with a multimeter. It just did not work.

Easy enough to install (same as other gauges) reads about 25 degrees high, gauge shows 210 when actual temp is 195. Don't bother buying this, the Bosch style line gauge is more accurate and only a few dollars more. This is a electrical sending unit gauge.

Chinese junk, why am I surprised.Showed 250°F when verified temp was180°F.

This is an inexpensive gauge, so I didn't expect too much. It's bright and looks good, and seems to measure temperature of my car's coolant just fine.It would get more stars if there were any useful instructions that matched the colors of the wires that the product has.

I requested the BREADEEP Universal 2"/52mm Water Temperature Gauge for my husband to install in one of our vehicles. He never has liked the temp gauge mentality of hot or cold that adorns most dashboards. He likes specific numbers and now he has them. Product works well and the box included very detailed and accurate installation diagrams with wire colors noted and to which terminals to be connected. Only problem encountered by my husband is being 70 years old and crawling around under the dash during installation. We definitely recommend the product at this price point.

The engine sensor was not in the box , and when I hooked it to the old sensor it didn't work

Finally got around to Installing this gauge in my vehicle and of course after letting my vehicle warm up to operating temp I noticed the gauge was working at all till I smacked it, and even then it wasn't working right.
