It comes with multiple connectors, which makes it super versatile—I can use it for my Jetson scooter, and my friend even borrowed it to charge his Ninebot without any issues. My son has not been able to ride hishoverboard for awhile now because the charger came up missing. So I ordered this 42V 2AUniversal 7-in-1 Replacement Charger. Used the correct attachment that fit the hoverboard charging hole and charged it overnight. First thing in the morning it was ready to go andas was my son!This charger has a bunch of differentattachments that could come in handy at another point in time, am glad to have them available. This charger worked just as well as the original. I did not notice the charger getting hot or anything unusual.Just for reference the hoverboard is the GoTrax CJ9.

Somehow misplaced the charger to some off brand hoverboard that was no longer in production and couldn't find any info. Luckily this popped up when searching 36V and I just eyeballed the various chargers and one looked like a match and it was!The one upgrade would be to have some slots on the main piece that could hold all the different pieces, as they are just going to end up lost as well.
