we used these to keep crepe myrtle leaves/flowers out of the pool. have photos but cannot upload them. works great.

These are alright. They don't absorb water as quickly and efficiently as the polyacrylate solutions, yet they don't handle washing machines / dryers like reusable socks. So I see them as a little bit of an in-between solution.

I had one of there by the door in my laundry room because I get some condensation there. Welp, one of the water connectors on the washing machine came loose and was leaking overnight before I noticed. This thing really soaked up a lot of water & helped mitigate the damage that could have been caused, it's awesome!

Seems to work, soaked up water for 5 days and still room for more, don't know how long it will take to dry out, but will update later, remember too buy two one to dry the other to replace it with.

I bought 6 of them about a year ago. They sits in the garage for absorbing rain from the car.The absorbing is poor, water can sneak underneath the snakes and flow everywhere......The worse is the, sealing line of snakes jacket (non woven fabric) 5 of 6 were all cracked, which means the sealing is very weak, the substances inside spilled out........I have to obsolete them last month. The actual times of use not over 20 times in the past year.Very poor quality. Buy other brand!!!!!
