Once seasoned this was a great addition to my cooking area I can lay skirt steak, chicken, and burgers all on this and it does not worry about hot spots. So far it's been great to have around especially when I have guests over and I need to cook more than a handful of things at a time.Solid quality great surface good handles it is heavy but I can appreciate that.

This non-stick griddle is for a gas grill the size is 25"x16" It comes with Handles that you have to install yourself., which is very easy. The handles are sturdy and fold down when you want them out of the way. This griddle is very heavy. It is not something that you want to move around often. This griddle is durable and made of high-quality materials I would recommend

very big and heavy. Would have preferred a shorter one so you could part of the grill for grilling at the same time you. Using this plate for grilling vegetables..
