Now to start I used this mount inside for my base setup. So in a climate controlled environment it has done well. With some styles of pill and stick mounts when they get hot ( in a vehicle ) they tend to fall off. Bit for my use it has done well very firm mount.

3M adheisive is more than sreong enough to hold the mic. Clip fit both my ICOM and Kenwood microphones. No rattle when on-hook. I Liked it enough I ordered more.

The hanger kept falling, of so I had to buy a doubled stick adhesive pad to use it to keep it from falling off.

Perfect for my lightweight CB microphone. I was leery about drilling into my van, so I got this. Stays put and holds the mic securely.EDIT: I ended up ordering another one of these because my first placement was bad and the thing was so stuck to my dash that I couldn’t pry it off - ended up breaking it and cutting my finger, like the smooth operator I am, but if I hadn’t had to pull it off I think that mic mount was would have outlasted my van.

These stick-on mic holders have a good-quality 3M adhesive pad on them, and is now holding my 2-way radio mic up on my dash... but can be removed without leaving and permanent damage (such as screw holes) to the dash!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
