Seems to be of good quality stainless, packaged nicely and arrived quick, only complaint is the OD is 2 7/16" on the big end, not 2 1/2", but no biggie

Nice adapter. Worked perfectly for my exhaust. It’s a lot shorter than the picture portrays. Maybe 5 inches total length.

I needed to replace a corroded flange on an exhaust. I welded the replacement to this adapter then reinstalled the exhaust with the pipe slid into the adapter. Bolted it loosely and supported it in the right position. This allows you to rotate the flange to exactly the right position, then rack it into place. $10 is a very small price to pay for something that make a job so much easier.
