Totally my fault, but I bought this card for a modern motherboard. Of course, modern motherboards have PCIe (PCI Express) slots, not PCI slots, so this card didn't fit. This is spelled out in the description, it's just been so long since PCI was the standard, I didn't think about it. Just make sure you're buying the right card for your motherboard.

Ordered 2 of these. One of them was missing the metal mounting bracket. The other one worked fine in a PC but didn’t work properly in a Mac. So really don’t get this if you’re planning on using it in an old Mac.
