Much sturdier than expected. I ordered this thinking it was cheap so it must be poorly made but I'll give it a try. To my surprise, it seems very sturdy and well built. Works great on my smaller generator and for a great price point.

Instead of replacing the existing (small) handle I added a loop of rope to this handle. I can use this one handle on multiple machines just by placing the lop over exiting handle. Works great.

Very strong plastic handle. We got this for a 10 HP Honda engine. The handle on that engine sometimes gets yanked out of your hand upon pulling to start. The original handle broke due to age. This handle is even better because it prevents the handle from being yanked out of your hand due to the large size. Whatever plastic this is made out of, it’s incredibly strong and solid. Highly recommended

This universal pull starter handle is built strong, and it's reasonably priced. I didn't use it for a starter rope; I used it as a handle for the pull (trip) rope on my Handozer driveway leveling grader, and it does the job perfectly. Excellent quality!
