This is a super loud stapler. My co workers said it sounded like a fog horn when I tested it. So I had to return it, I can't have something so loud when I staple so many times a day.And a heads up, the electrical cord is short.I will say that if you are looking for a lightweight stapler that is easy to open to add staplers, this will work for you. If you don't mind the noise.I was trying to replace a swingline brand stapler that broke after many years of use. Guess I will have to keep looking.
