Was going to local office store to purchase rubber bands. When I saw these and the much lower price on Amazon I was hesitant to order. But these were absolutely perfect. Half the cost for the sameAmount.

thinner rubber bands that stretch well without breaking. I plan on using these for a lab in my middle school science room and they should do well.

These rubber bands meet all my requirements:Neutral color: Check! I don't need any wild colors for my application.Stretchy: Check! They can be stretched to over 3 times their original length without breaking, and they return to (what appears to be) their original size afterwards. Just what I need!Circular: Check! I don't need stretchy bands in silly shapes (like cute characters or letters or little princess castles)Affordable: Check! These were very reasonably priced for so many bands. I still think it was a great value.Count: Check! It turns out that 1900 is a lot more than I really needed. (I guess I sort of overestimated.) Now I know I could have gone with a smaller bag of bands, but since I have so many left over, perhaps I can use them as ammo with one of those snazzy, old-school rubber band guns! Surely amazon sells those things...

While I know that the description of this product states that it is a 1lb package, I did not realize how many rubber bands this would actually be. Wow! This is a huge bag and will last me for a very long time. The rubber bands are good quality and will serve multiple purposes. This product is a great value for the money!

Made in Thailand, these milky-light-brown rubber bands resemble the color of pad thai noodles. I must admit, the moment I knew I needed ~1900 rubber bands I could have driven to the local Staples store, but I thought of Amazon.com instead. I was very much impressed when the bag-o-bands arrived less than 2 days later! I immediately opened the resealable plastic bag and dug my hand into the warm, soft, array of medium-sized light brown. Pure joy. Of course, as with opening any packaged good received by mail, I took it upon myself to verify that 1900 rubber bands were in the 1 lb. bag as advertised. After several hours and two episodes of the Dukes of Hazzard and three episodes of the A-Team, I faithfully rested knowing I got the better end of an already-great bargain: 1917 rubber bands! To list the projects and uses for which these stretchy little wonder-buddies will serve in the coming weeks would take far more words than this review allows. If you're looking for a good bag-o-bands, look no further!

I ordered these rubber bands from 975 Supply for $5.69 each and ended up with a different model of rubber band. It wasn't the exact kind that was pictured. I am familiar with the Universal brand and was expecting those rubber bands as I am a Independent Contractor for the localnewspaper and need these for bundling the papers for delivery. The kind that I received was Business Source Brand. It has a few dry rubber bands and a few that are damaged in the packaging (broken already) but that can be expected in other brands too. Overall they serve their purpose but boy do i hate having allot of broken rubber bands at the final use of the bag. The bag is marked to weigh 1 pound though i never weighed it to determine its truth. After all that....I would still order from this seller again as the price was right up my alley and the quality wasn't really bad at all for the price.
