Clamped right on easily. Strong too. I wish it sat back away a little further but it works fine. Bought it to hold a 10 pound MIDI controller over my Casio Privia. I set a second Privia on it to see how well it worked with the added weight, each weighing around 28 pounds. It worked just fine. Lately I'm using it to hold a board with small music synthesizors, a Korg Volca, a Behringer VS Pro MINI and an IK UNO and it works well for that also with room to spare. I can also use it to hold a laptop which can then be used to read music while playing or as a MIDI controller. Very useful piece of gear.

Not very adjustable but it works. For what I paid it is worth every penny.

No printed instructions on how to set up the product came with it so I had to resort to the pictures shown on the item and once I did it was a cinch to put together. Works perfectly!!!!

Likes: seems sturdy, easy to install, perfect height, good value for the money.Dislikes: the clamp is 1†diameter, literally the same diameter as my X stand. Did not fit, so I had to get out some pliers, and make it fit by bending the clamp out and hammering it back down.Now my clamps are all scratched up, and a 5-minute install turned into a 30-minute install.Summary: great if you have a small 3/4 diameter stand, but if you don’t, be prepared to have to do some “adjustments†yourself or send it back.

Adjustability is poor. The clamps do not flex enough to accommodate certain stands with thicker bars. It also appears that they don't flex enough to close around thinner stands (though I can't confirm this, I had the former problem). I had to return it; be aware that it isn't as universal as advertised.

Su uso es similar al de una base doble, aunque reduce un poco el espacio del nivel inferior (ocupa unas 2 pulgadas) pero la verdad es que no afecta en su funcionalidad. Yo uso un casio ctk6350 en ese nivel y me va perfecto en combinación con un novation mininova en la parte superior (es decir, este producto).Lo único negativo es que su instalación puede ser un poco tardada, y pienso que la base donde se agregue necesita buena estabilidad (si tu base se mueve mucho a la mejor no es taaaan bueno) pero de ahà en más, excelente.
