The seat was ok for my lawnmower. That said I wouldn't recommend for equipment like a skidsteer or fork lift. Arm rest are not much honestly and it's pretty hard on the rump. Comes in plastic bag and you have to separate the pad from the frame to remove the plastic and reassemble before you can actually put it together. So in all it's a decent cheap seat that will do what they claim. But to use arm rest you have to have the seat adjusted straight up and down or maybe a bit past Making it uncomfortable for me. When you recline the seat to a comfortable position the arm rest are sticking upward so my arms rest on the point and not the flat part. But it's not a deal breaker for me. I expect I'll just take em off eventually.

Took some adjustments, but got the seat on the tractor. Big improvement over the old seat. Picture says it all.

Mounted this to my lawn tractor with a little bit of modification. Thinner cover than my cracked OEM seat, but much more comfortable.
