I love this eye pillow. It's got a soft cotton cover, the flax seeds smell delicious, and the pillow settles into your eye sockets gently. I've never been a fan of eye masks since I felt they crushed my eyelids and eyelashes. This eye pillow doesn't do that. It's cool, comfortable, and like a hug for your eyeballs. The light pressure of the flax seeds is soothing, can calm a headache, blocks all obtrusive light, and really helps me to settle down and sleep at night. Or during the day for a nap! If you like, you can also place it on your throat or chest as a calming weight which helps to mitigate my anxiety. I highly recommend this product.
